Intense music. Aug 10, 2023 · I’m in the mood for some really dramatic, intense music. I’m talking about the kind of music that wouldn’t be out of place in an epic scene from a movie (not completely instrumental, though). What are some impressively heavy, dark and intense classical compositions? I've just started to explore the genre, and I'm looking for something akin to "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Grieg or "Dance of the Knights" by Prokofiev in terms of intensity combined with a dark vibe.
